We now work in a digital world, so once we have designed your stationery you will receive an email with an attached PDF/JPEG for your approval prior to print. If you have chosen a design which has any embellishments (i.e. ribbon / twine etc) then we will be happy to post out a sample invite over for your approval.
Please look through any attachments thoroughly as we don't want to miss any vital information regarding your special day. Unfortunately once your invites have gone to print we can't be held responsible for any missed errors or typos.
This is the easy part, head over to our contact us page, drop us a friendly email listing the ranges or product that you are interested in along with any other important information to you and 'voila'! We will endeaveour to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
We offer free consulations via telephone/email. We are also happy to visit you for a consultation at your home within the West Midlands area.
Visiting your home will encur a small fee agreed prior to travel, this will include developing moodboards & ideas for a full day experience. This will then be taken off your final stationery/prop order once finalised.

How to order
TERMS & CONDITIONS
For any stationery, once you have approved the design, we require full payment prior to delivery.
For prop hire, there is a minimum order value of £150, delivery charges vary according to order size and location.
We can arrange install also, please contact us to discuss requirements.
